I've just visited the Lakmar and I absolutely loved it! My room included a seperate room for a kitchen and living room and it made me feel at home. The service was excellent and the front desk was very friendly. I enjoyed relaxing by the lake. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment-style room for an affordable price! more

It was wonderful... 8/8/2005

Not only were the rooms delightful but also the resort motel indcluded a beautiful lake where I went fishing and enjoyed the evening sunset. In the lake-front cottage in which I was staying included three separate rooms and was quiet and cozy. I reccomend this place to everyone!! more

A very nice motel 8/7/2005

Even though its called the Lakmar Motel, I thought I was in a hotel because of the excellent service from the staff, the lovely atmosphere, and the high-quality rooms. I felt as if I was staying in a fully furnished apartment and the view was great! If you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, this is the spot. more
