This is the first time that I went to Lakeside Toyota, and I have to say it will be my last. First, it took 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I go to pay and she tells me it is $75.00, first, I have never paid $75.00 at any Totyota Dealership for a Tire Rotation and Oil CHange. The girl working was amazed that I said something. So I left a little frustrated. So I get in my car and the next oil change is in 3000 miles. I have looked through my book Totyota reccomends waiting until 5000 miles. I called to speak with the Service Manager, Scott, and I have to say, his customer service skills are HORRIBLE!!!!! I asked him about the $39.95 ads, all over the radio, and he said you have to ask for that price. I told him that we were looking to purchase a car within the next 6 months, and that it would not be purchased at Lakeside Totyoa. He then said if I feel that way have a nice day.
