Purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado yesterday, (5-31-2013) and was an all around exceptional experience, Entire experience second to none! Entire process DONE in less than an hour. From selecting truck, (several to choose from), price negotiation, financing options & signing documents to running the truck thru make ready. They even gave us a full tank of gas;) Owner thanked us personally for our business. Won't get that in many stores, more

Car dealership theft 12/8/2009

On Monday December 7, 2009 I took my 2006 Corvette to Lakeside Chevrolet in Rockwall, TX for repairs. On December 8, 2009 the dealership called to inform me during the night their "secured" lot had been broken into and the tires and rims on my car had been stolen. The serviceman informed me that their insurance would cover the cost. An hour later they called me again and informed me that their insurance company would not cover the cost and my insurance company would be responsible. more

Lakeside Chevy auto repair 8/19/2005

I took my Chevy Malibu to them for some warranty repair work. My car was leaking oil into the coolant, which is a known problem for these cars. Long story short, the guys were very courteous and professional, and got the job done. I was disappointed that they charged me for a new radiator cap. Also, I found some residual oil in the coolant, making me believe they didn't flush the system like they should have after the repair. more
