Appointment 5-11-11 5/12/2011

Just moved into the area and this place was near work and home. Worked out very well. Had an appointment for July but they were able to move me up to yesterday. Clean rooms and very nice employees. Only knock on the place was the pay up front policy which I understand but it would be nice if they would handle the billing but I totally understand the policy, just a little hassle. Five stars otherwise. more

My care as a visitor from out of state 4/28/2011

I came to Lakeshore while on vacation and was treated as though I might become a lifelong patient. There was no waiting time and all the staff were welcoming and helpful from our first phone contact through my appointment. I felt as though I mattered and all my questions were answered completely. more

Great Service 4/26/2011

It was my first visit to this clinic. Everyone including the administrative staff, hygentist and dentist were very nice and courtious. There was no wait in office and my appoinment was as it was scheduled (no long wait). The office had newer equipment including digital xray equipment and it was very well organized. The dentist took the time to talk and answer any questions that I had. more
