semi annual cleaning 7/23/2011

I had my 6 month cleaning. I noticed the checking of the tongue for cancer was not done in the typical manner, nor was I given the sheet asking which medications I was taking and then usually I would sign my name. So overall it was fine, but a couple of things seemed to have been overlooked. more

Surprise Root Canal! 7/8/2011

I thought I needed a crown - but alas the doctor saw that I needed a root canal - he was so efficient and gentle that the experience was as good as it can get. Thank you! more

I had a great experience from the moment I stepped in the door until the moment I left. The very professional, knowledgable staff made me feel very comfortable, despite my aversion to "going to the dentist." They were so gentle. A procedure I feared might be painful was not at all. more

6 month check up 6/7/2011

I had my 6 month check up this morning at the office. The staff was friendly and took great care of me. My Hygienist Tina took her time and great care to help me care for my teeth. Dr. Lebster checked up and made sure everything was all set. I was extremely satisfied with my experience there and would recommend them to anyone. more

cleaning check up 6/7/2011

Unfortunately, I dread going to the dentist......still trying to get over childhood trauma, lol. Since I started coming to Lakeshore back in 1989ish, it has become much more tolerable necessity with life :) Office girls, to hygentists and the Dentists do a great job !! Thanks for the professional but caring attitudes. more

My Dental Visit 6/6/2011

My dental cleaning was very thorough and painfree. Tina used a water cleaner along with hand tools to get my smile clean and white. I saw Dr. Lepster who removed a little bump from my invisiline braces. Everyone was cordial, dedicated to doing their best, and efficient. Thanks Lakeshore! more

The wife and myself have been patients for over 20 yrs. We have NEVER had a bad experience! The staff are beyond friendly. If the doctor cannot resolve the issue, the doctor or their staff will direct the patient to another doctor that will resolve the issue. Out of rating of 1 to 5, this office gets a 10. more
