My four children have been seeing Dr.Farooq for the last 7 years. As a parent, I am so pleased with Dr. Farooq's service to my children. every time they visit for cleaning, filling, or referral, the children are amazed with her care, compassion, dental knowledge, and skills. Dr. Farooq's staff is passionate and well trained that my children love to go there. Dr. Farooq and staff also very welcoming and listen to my children questions and concerns. more

We find her to be pleasant, considerate, and concerned for the current state of my child's teeth, as well as helpful in explaining preventative measures to keep them healthy. We have been seeing Dr. Farooq for a little over three years. Her kind nature, exceptional professionalism, and thorough knowledge of the subject matter is commendable. She has performed exceptionally complex work on my daughter including reconstruction of eleven (11) teeth at one time. My daugther is very timid and easily scared. Dr. Farooq was able to manage her very well and completed a very complex procedure in a very short time making it very easy on the child. The support staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Office environment is very cosy and nice. Dr. Farooq has built a close relationship with my daughter and she looks forward to her visits to Dr. Farooq. more

After completing 3 fillings without a single complaint, my son began to scream in pain when she began working on his 4th tooth. This Dentist did not listen to my child when he cried & screamed in pain & begged her to stop. She tried to convince us that he was only scared. How could he all of a sudden become scared when she already completed 3 fillings? Despite my son's screams I allowed her to convince me that he wasn't in pain. Against my better judgment, I continued taking my son to this Dentist until this happened again to the point of her jamming a needle in his mouth while he was screaming in pain, causing him to bleed! I jumped up and made her stop. She threw her tools on the tray and left the room in a huff! To this day I am haunted by these experiences. I was so traumatized by these experiences that I talked with other parents & much to my shock, 5 different parents told me almost identical stories about their children! We've all since RUN from that office & now have wonderful dentists who provide quality care & treat their patients with dignity & respect! None of our kids have ever again screamed in pain in a Dentist’s chair! more

Dr. Farooq has bee great for my son. My son is special needs and I wanted some option besides putting him under to have his teeth worked on. He is not yet capable of respond to requests to be able to go to a regular dentist. So I was very glad to find Dr. Farooq provided the options I was looking for. She has been great to work with. more

Daughter went to this dentist for removal of broken retainer. Just needed the band around one tooth removed. In office for no more than 10 minutes (5 of which were in waiting room.) Charged $76.00. We had been going there for over 2 years. While they are justified in setting their fees we feel this is too excessive and will not be returning. Too bad, our kid liked them. more
