I guess they are successful with the bait/switch, gimmick often enough to make it pay off. When I conplained to the manager, he was completely un-interested. more

I was talked into driving all the way to Lakeland for a ""deal"". I was lucky to escape the high pressure sales guy. Why do car deals think this crap works? more

These guys are old-school car lot weasels. rude and pushy, I was looking and they had the color options I'd looked for. -- never go there. I drove all the way from Tampa, because they told me a price... then it was $2k more, when I showed up... no mis-understanding. just liers. To top it off, when I insisted on seeing the specific car I wanted..... it was conveniently sold/gone ... in the 45 minutes it took me to drive over. yeah, right dude. more
