Poor Management 4/29/2011

Great place to workout with friendly people but poor management. The classes / instructors are great but classes keep getting canceled. Many of the perks are gone (ie:towels, kid club on sunday, raquetball is a fee, bring your own mat for yoga, etc.) Music system in the classes are poor. Suanas/Steamroom are not cleaned/maintained. Toilets hardly flush. Issues are reported but never resolved. more

Like many other gyms out there, this place is geared towards signing up as many people by whatever means necessary, not towards giving a good value. The membership councilors are sleazy and underhanded and will say anything to sign you up. After a couple months, you will realize that you are paying more than you agreed to. The equipment is old, the locker rooms are dirty, the classes are overcrowded, the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Save yourself some time and money and go to Golds or Washington Sports Club. more

Sport & Health Club - Gaithersburg 12/31/2005

The Sport & Health Club in Gaithersburg offers a nice gym to work out in and you have the option to work with trainers. The club contains a good amount of workout equipment and health products. The fees and packages are not very restrictive and are at good prices. I used their service last year and was pretty satisfied overall. more
