buyer beware. Promises not kept. Information given at admission completely different that discharge. Staff not ""authorized"" to resolved on their own. Promised simple phone calls...

My husband and I have unfortunately needed to visit here quite often in the past 6 months. Once at about 11:30 at night after we noticed that one of our dogs came up to me and i saw that one of his eyeballs was swelling (talk about freaking out) we had never been here before and were very apprehensive about what to expect as we had not been treated to par thus far for our veterinarian needs. But we were so amazed by the care and compassion shown to us! I would never take my pets anywhere else but here! The staff is so amazing and so kind and considerate! The most recent was when our little dog was attacked by a fellow housemate. she was very bruised and her neck was in serious need of some stitches and a a drainage tube or two, They did an amazing job comforting her and us as well as an amazing job suturing her up and sending her home a much more comfortable baby! They called and checked up on here and make sure that both her and us were doing ok and that if we needed ANYTHING for her to call them at anytime and they would always answer! This place is AMAZING. The staff and doctors treat your pets as if they are their own and that is an amazing feeling. I automatically trusted my pet in their hands. From the moment I walked in, my pet was taken care of immediately. My pet was having trouble breathing and not walking so imagine how frantic I was. Immediately the staff there rushed with a gurney and picked him up and rushed to get started to get Oz well again. Everyone was so compassionate and intelligent and i just cannot express to this facility how grateful i am to be able to play with my pet again. I kept getting updates and words cannot express how appreciative i was on that i did not have to sit in a room wondering what was going on with my pet. The doctors and technicians are incredible and a 20 on a one to ten scale.Thanks to them me and Oz have a couple more years of friendship ahead of us. Couldn't think of anywhere else I would want to go for my pet emergencies. more

Caring, moral technicians and doctors that really treat animals as if they are their own! Would never think of using another hospital. Vet Care is expensive anywhere, but responsible pet owners should be aware of this and understand. Humans don't adopt children that they can't afford, and pet owners shouldn't either! Thank you LRH for an amazing experience, EVERY TIME. more

Lake Ray Hubbard Emergency Pet Care Center is a Wonderful Animal Hospital. My Bulldog has gotten the Best Care there every time I have brought my Bulldog in for a emergency. Vet Care is costly but i want the Best when my Bulldog is sick or hurt and I get it for him at LRHEPC. I highly recommend this Pet Care Center for Everyone's Pet's. more

BUYER BEWARE - this company has no problem with presenting you with an estimated cost for a procedure during a very difficult and trying time ? only to omit quite a bit of detail about what your real costs will be. more
