I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I have used this service in the past and although their site says ""24 hour cancellation policy"" - when I tried to cancel transport in one direction, 4 days in advance, they cancelled both services. Done with them!!! more

The reservation guy was so rude, I couldn't use the service 11/26/2011

I called to have my Dad picked up. I've never used this service before, but the guy was totally unhelpful and rude about booking my reservation. I ended up using someone else, who, btw was very nice and professional. I'll never call this company again. more
