Bought four tires for my wife's Mercedes last fall. This spring one of the tires got cut and was trashed. Called Ken and the tire was there the next day. Took the car and had the tire put on. While I was there Ken looked up when the tire was purchased. He saw how new the tire was and sent the tire back for a warranty. Just found out that we received a full credit. How many owners would go out of their way to do that? Not many if any!!! Great Place, Thanks, Ken!!! more

Greatest Place for Tires and Car Repair 5/22/2012

We put a leveling kit and bought new tires for my son's truck. All the staff at Lake Norman were fantastic. They helped us when we had any problems and gave us advice every step along the way. The unbelievable thing is that they sell tires at $10 above their cost!!!! We saved $200 on a set of tires compare to other tire places in Mooresville and the Lake Norman area. I highly recommend Lake Norman Tire and Auto!!!!!!!!! more
