I have been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years and I had a great overall experience with Dr. Gibson at Lake Murray Hearing Associates. Cindy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gibson explained my hearing loss so I could understand it and fit me with hearing aids that actually help me hear what I need to hear! I highly recommend Dr. Gibson and Lake Murray Hearing Associates if you want to hear better and are looking for an audiologist who cares about helping you. more

Bad secretary 4/16/2012

The secretary for Dr. Gibson (Cindy) is sub-par. We have had many conflicts with her from scheduling to just knowing what her job is. She has made our experience with Dr. Gibson a foul one. Dr. Gibson on the other hand, is a great doctor. I love dealing with him, but Cindy has sadly ruined it for me. more
