Expensive, Arrogant, Usless 3/16/2009

I needed some letterhead and business cards for my new business. I found these guys online and called. The salesperson didn't call back for 3 days. When he did, it was obvious that our meeting needed to happen at his convenience. When he finally showed up (45 minutes late), it was obvious he'd rather be somewhere else. When they finally got me a quote, it was almost double the next highest bid. Complete waste of time. Pros: They finally leave. Cons: Think they're the customer more
