Lai Lai Dental Office

My experience at this dental office is NOT that great. They basically move people in and out of that office as fast as they can. The dentists don't spend a lot of time with you, and I don't feel I get the attention and feedback that good dentists do. I've experience with a rude receptionist there. If you need to make an appointment, make sure you don't change it because they get uptight at the fact you call to reschedule. You think that you're doing the right thing by calling them ahead of time (4-5 days) to reschedule, and they feel like you're doing them a disservice for changing the time on them. I've been with them for a couple of years, and I still don't know who my dentist is even though I make the effort talk with the dentist who works on me. Their scheduling is pretty awful because I think certain dentists come in on certain days only. The parking lot is small, and the office mostly caters to Asians. I'm in the process of choosing another office. more

Lai Lai Dental is a good dental office. The dentists who work there are friendly, as is the staff. They always call the day before your appointment to remind you; be sure not to miss your appointment, because I think they charge a fee if you do not show up or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Dr. Wang, who works in this office, is very thorough when checking your teeth. The parking lot is really small though, so you may have to park on the street. more
