Absolutely the worst in customer care and service!\r
Ray, the owner, is so self absorbed at being so busy that he fails in basic customer interaction skills.\r
First, he failed to show up for an agreed to appointment, then the next day when I called him he said that ""I need to call him to remind him about meeting me!""\r
When I called him later - to remind him about our new appointment, I had to leave a message. He called back and in turn got my voice mail, when I called him back he stated he was no longer in the area and MIGHT stop by later in the day!\r
He told me it was my fault for not answering his call!!!\r

He went on to share that he is very busy and if I don't want him completing my job, thats fine with him!!!\r

WOW.... Such a poor example of service.\r
\r
My mission now is to make sure Lahaina Plumbing's business slows down. A LOT.\r
So then they will learn to appreciate every customer they have.\r
