Worst Customer Service Ever 10/21/2011

Wow, pick up the phone and call this place and that should be your first clue, some pot head sounding kid answers the phone. Are you kidding me. Customer service is horrid and then try to upsell everything....honest and integrity are not what this place is about for sure. Pros: null Cons: null more

Laguna creek auto & muffler are Ripoffs 8/17/2007

I broke down at the Shell gas station right next to the Laguna Creek Auto & Muffler in Elk Grove CA, my fuel pump quit. These people quoted me $348.50 for labor, and $769.00 for a fuel pump, which is more than 3 times the cost of the fuel pump for my Chevy 1500 truck. And $99.00 to tow it from the gas station that was next store to them. I would recommend that you do not break down near them or you will be SCREWED. They are the biggest RIPOFFS that I have ever tried to deal with. more
