The only reason I did not give this review 5 stars is the construction at Allen makes it a bit difficult to get in and out of. I would also like to see more parking when completed. Family and friends continue to experience great products and services at Allen. more

Service advisor at Allen Hyundai (Brian) was very unhelpful 9/9/2013

Service advisor (Brian) was not helpful in getting my car diagnosed and repaired. He belittled my intelligence by telling me the reason for my breakdown was a bad spark plug when as it turned out Hyundai had to replace the entire engine at their cost. Brian told me to disregard the engine trouble lights and all the car needed was a spark plug. On top of that he needed two days to order a new spark plug...he then called back after two days and said Hyundai was replacing the engine because of that faulty spark plug?! Kinda ridiculous but that is his explanation.This person was uncaring and gave me BS explanations. more
