Amazing service & always with wonderful smiles! 10/20/2010

I've been dealing w/ kidney issues since I was in the US Army. In 2003 I had such sever Kidney Stones that I ended up having a ruptured ureter and was rushed to the Mainz uniklinik hospital where I spend 3 months and two emergency surgical procedures to repair my extremely damaged Ureter,Once I was finally realease, ... three days before a beautiful German Christmas I was forced to return to the hospital for Large stones in my other Kidney... so, two more months / procedure / and general ""fun""so, And after spending 13months in Iraq ( while passing stones along the way, I finally was- discharged. honorably. I did received disability and I will share this with everyone. I received 30% for my what was determined as CHRONIC Kidney stones ( not the medical terms, but you get it. and then 50% for PTSD ( I was a saw machine gunner on a Humvee and we ran convoys every other day for 8 months, I was also a combat life saver... first responder before the medics would arrive. And was diagnosed with TBI ( traumatic brain injury's) from IED's and mortars and shock waves. needless to say, this had been a long journey back home. I've had MAJOR ups and downs and since 2003 I have had to have another 6 surgeries at the VA medical hospital here in Seattle... the last one has left me with really bad scaring and I basically pee like I'm a 90yr old man ( no offense meant at all ) I have been PROMISED by my NEW urologist that he'll have me back to feeling like I'm 18 again.... so, yes, this is a LONG review and I promise there IS a point to this all. It takes A LOT for me to trust people these days... but when I find that someone or company or store, I know that it is real. If it wasn't for the support I've got from ALL these people and ESPECIALLY Lafferty's I wouldn't have been able to make it through this time in my life very easily and I have no doubt in my mind I'd be out of a job. I've been dealing with excruciating pain and getting treatment every week and therapy every Monday. I just must say that you to Lafferty's pharmacy and it's always smiling partners, and to Steve. Thanks for those needed, but sometimes interesting ""men"" talk. I'll wrap this up, I just wanted to say that you have a customer for life and when I finally have a family of my own you can bet you butts we'll coming here for all are family needs. A heart felt thank you so much. I've had SO many issues w/ my Kidneys and now the next step PREVENTION w/ my new Urologist, then comes titration / between my doc. and myself and you guys I know I've got all the support in the world. I'm a man of a thousand words. I just HAD to tell you how much you've made the darkest / most painful, days. (aside from Iraq ), 3 months of hell just that much easier. I NEVER felt that I was being judged by you guys there at all... If I didn't have to take anything I'd be a HAPPY camper, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Steve, all joking aside. You're an amazing Pharmacist and an even better person. I can tell you LOVE helping people, you live for it... Thanks for being EVERYTHING a pharmacists should be. You've got my business for life. -Alex more

Barry Laferty's designed me a great ring for my Mom. She's rather picky but was thrilled at the quality and the design. It sure saved the day. more
