This hall is absolutely beautiful, however the staff and management leave alot to be desired. Upon arrival for our wedding reception, we found dirty dishes, linens and garbage laying all over the room. They did clean it up and changed some of the skirting before the ceremony. They also promised candles and a wine bucket on the bridal table. What they provided was garbage. They were dirty, and the silver was chipped off of them in several places. However that was only the beginning of the nightmare. Our contract stated that they would cut and serve the cake. Most halls take the cake into the kitchen area or at least off the cake table. Not here, The girls cutting the cake made a disaster out of one of the cakes and the decor around the cake. Even that wasnt the worst part, she actually licked her fingers to get the frosting off. She stacked plates on top of each other with frosting everywhere. When I asked for the owner, he actually came in the room and yelled and cursed at both myself as well as my guest. He then told me I could cut my own cake. He did finally cut and plate one of the cakes however they never served the cake. We were also supposed to receive a late night snack of french bread pizza and smoked sausages. One pan of pizza was brought out. They didnt even use a chafing dish to keep it warm.
