LadyBelle really knows their business!! They have done an amazing job every time that I?ve been. Aside from that, the whole staff is professional and friendly. Everyone there are so warm and accommodating to my needs. I always feel so good when I treat myself. It was wonderful!! more

I enjoy going to LadyBelle Med Spa. The employees are helpful, friendly and accommodating. I come for the facial and microdermabrasion. Some of the facialists that I have gotten here were disappointing because they barely bother doing extractions or microderm but I have found my go to person. Jackie does a wonderful, quality job and I will be continue to come back if I am able to book my appointments with her. more

I had an Ultra Therapy treatment at this Clinic about 12days ago. \r \r I was very worry & so skeptical having it done . I searched all the reviews about it on Google, regardless how comforting & assurance from Cindy, the esthetician & also is the owner's daughter. Hence, With all of that worry in mind, I " chickenly " showed up on my appointment day. Even Cindy assured me that I could walk out at any time if I'm having pain & do not wish to continue during the treament !!! I still warned everyone that I met at the Clinic about my intolerance with pain & worry for days about having it done. Other staff also made me feel safe & good around them ( sorry, I could not remember your names , prob. due to my fear & nervous...)\r \r Before the procedure started, Cindy went through with me about what to expect & ? if I have any problem taking some pain medications...She then took a few pictures of my face. Then she walked me in to her treatment room with very melow music & ambience atmosphere. more

Despite all of that, I was extremely nervous & fearful if I made a right decision to have it done !!! \r \r Cindy is a well experience Esthetician. It seemed liked she already read my mind . She started with soft touch & talked & proceeded with "" her Ultra Deep Collagen tool "" . Cindy has wonderful magic hands & touch. It was very painful in some areas . However, she would let you be awared of the areas bef she did the treatments. She'd listen & stopped as many times as I needed her to massage the areas ( for release my pain in certain spots ). She 's very kind & showing her concern toward me during the treatment. Out of my shocking supprised, my treament was completed in about 90 minutes or so, without incidents ( contrary to what I read on line about all the bad issues that people had to deal with during & after the treament ).\r \r It has been 12 days passing now. I did not have any bruises nor so much pain that I read from other reviewers on line !!! I did feel soreness under my chin & tightness on top of my head + both sides of my temporal , near the eyes. Yet, I massaged it gently, It would greatly reduce the pain. Eventhough, I have not seen any change on my face but atleast I have not had any bad incidents as other people had it done somewhere else. I was told it might take up to 6 months to see the result. I can't wait that day but I 'm very happy with Cindy & would recommend anyone come to see her if you want this treatment done well. Cindy deserves my compliments without a doubt! more

I found LadyBelle randomly on this website. First, I went to their website and took a look at the services as well as some pictures of the spa. The pictures lured me in, but the customer service is what hooked me! It is new, so everything is super clean and very up-to-date. The staff was very professional and was not pushy about buying products. It was very relaxing, quiet and therapeutic. I had a facial, which I so desperately needed, then a 90 minute massage. Honestly, I can't wait to return. This is exactly what this town has been missing. It is not a loud, smelly hair salon with a spa in the back--This is a True- to- Form Day Spa. It is very luxurious, yet I felt perfectly comfortable going there in my sweat suit. You would be very lucky to spend an entire day there! more

I loved their Signature Facial that the receptionist recommended when I called inquiring. She warned me that the mask would feel tingly at first but would slowly fade in intensity, but the results would be worth being uncomfortable for a few minutes. She was spot on! My skin feels and looks great. \r \r I never felt rushed at all, Cindy took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I felt so pampered and relaxed which is exactly why I went there in the first place!\r \r I will definitely be recommending Cindy and the LadyBelle Medical Spa to all of my friends! Loved it!!!!\r \r P.S. The place is spotless - the rooms are immaculate and the towels are clean and fresh! more

LadyBelle is a very professional Spa and a very nice staff. All the products and machines are new and the latest. I would definitely recommend the Organic Anti-Aging Facial to anyone who wants to feel and look younger. I did it and my skin is so soft. more

I was diagnosed with syringoma on my lower eyelids about 3 years ago. I have seen a few MD and was given many invasive options. I was looking for something less aggressive and safe, thank goodness, I ran into "Cindy" She took her time and explained what to expect from "cauterization" After the first treatment, I have noticed 50% improvement and oh boy I was very very happy with the results. I am very grateful to Cindy and I LOVE LadyBelle. I will definitely go back!!! more

LadyBelle Medical Spa is truly a hidden gem in OC! The facility looks brand new and seems well equip for all aspects of beauty care. The entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. Cindy gave me the best massage of my life. She is very in tune with what your muscles are feeling and she listens to your requests regarding pressure and stroke. Elizabeth gave me a fabulous facial. My face feels great. She is very friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. I was only visiting the Westminster area, but I can't wait to visit again to go back to this spa. more

After receiving my facial I have not broken out at all since then. The facial was well worth the money spent. It felt amazing and was extremely relaxing. I will definitely be going back to Elizabeth and cannot wait to get another facial from her. Elizabeth is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone coming to LadyBelle because she was super sweet and easy going.
