I've really enjoyed my experience with Lady Trainers To Go. First of all they came out and matched me with an ideal female trainer that fit my personality. She is really energetic and flexible in her scheduling. (This is important) because my schedule can sometimes vary. (She has) just a wonderful personality and the results have been tremendous. more

Male consultant - not an all female setup 9/20/2012

Great Service! 11/2/2010

I used to go to the gym but found it cost about the same to have a personal trainer from Lady Trainers To Go come to me so I thought I'd give it a try. I've been using Lady Trainers To Go for around 6 months now and I don't know why anyone would go to the gym. I have a better trainer and save at least a 30 to 45 minutes before work each day by having her come to my house. This is a great service. Hope this helps someone. more
