Brought my push mower in 1 month ago to be repaired, it is still sitting there, no work done on it. No customer service. No updates on my mower, no phone calls to keep me informed...

Brought my push mower in 1 month ago to be repaired, it is still sitting there, no work done on it. No customer service. No updates on my mower, no phone calls to keep me informed. They don't know who is working on my mower or where the parts are. The BBB has an F rating on this company, wish I checked first. more

This is our favorite store. We shop here often because of the great prices and wonderful customer service. They staff is so friendly and the selection of equipment is outstanding. It is located in a great area and has tons of parking also. This store is awesome and everyone should check it out. more
