Lady Luck Cowgirl Up

I experienced extra items being added to my bill just a couple of weeks ago. Management couldn't be bothered to even speak to me even when I left my number there for a call back at a less busy time. I'm pretty sure the culprit in my case was an off duty waitress hanging around getting special drinks for the people chatting with her and her husband. Pay only cash and pay as you go if you must go here. I recommend that you find an honest establishment to frequent though. I used to like this place a lot, but they've lost me as a customer forever now. more

Lorraine Hoyle and her staff are a bunch of swindlers... so I would advise if you patronize this establishment to get an itemized receipt and to pay with cash ONLY! I had an open tab and when I went to settle it, i thought it seemed a little high, however I paid it. When the bill was presented to me, it was NOT itemized, all it had on it was the ""amount, ""tip"" and ""total"". I paid it using the card i was required to provide since I had an open tab (which was ($151.00). I tipped $40 dollars in cash. AFTER I settled my tab and tipped, I asked for an itemized receipt for my own edification. The bartender acted a little flustered but after approximately 10 minutes she provided me with a receipt. Low and behold, the itemized receipt was ONLY $117.00 and there was a ""post it"" note stapled to the back for $10 for a drink and $24 VIP tip! Spoke with Lorraine who attributed the drink charge on the ""post it"" as one they didn't have a chance to add to my bill (please note I had already settled my tab when I requested the itemized receipt and did NOT order a drink after) and she said they NEVER add tips in the bill for service, Oh really!!! Well explain this ""post it""! To all my military brothers and sisters watch yourselves in this establishment... they WILL take advantage of you! more

Okay so I went to this place to check it out because I've been to the REAL cowgirl bar (Cowgirls Inc. in Seattle) I kept an open mind thinking maybe, just maybe, it could rock. I was TOTALLY dissappointed! If you're going to knock off someones bar, atleast have the respect to do it properly! They advertise as to be like Cowgirls... and there isn't any comparision. The girls don't even dance on the bar! Its like choosing hamburger over steak. Dont' waste your time on this poorly planned wannabe bar. Go for the REAL thing Pros: Um...what Cons: EVERYTHING! more
