I have been going to different chiropractors for almost 10 years. Dr. MacAdam is unique in training, application and approach. His knowledge of accident injuries, rehabilitative strategies and joint mechanics has been very helpful in treating me after my accident from 2 years ago. I was treated for my car accident injuries (with a different chiropractor), but I was still suffering even after 2 years. Hence, my prior experience with chiropractors had me believing that all chiropractors were the same. I quickly discovered that Dr. MacAdam was different. Compared to all the other chiropractors I consulted with, he was the only one to do a thorough examination to see where the problems existed. He explained everything and never exaggerated my injuries. He designed a specific treatment plan for my unique condition. I am grateful to have found him. more

The Best Chiropractic Care! 5/6/2011

Ladera Chiropractic is an exceptional office - Dr. MacAdam is wonderful--a very knowledgeable physician who takes great care of his patients, taking the time to know each individual problem & concern, helping them to get relief from the pain they are in. The massage therapists on staff are also amazing!! The office has a wonderful, friendly enviornment! I highly recommend Dr. MacAdam and Ladera Chiropractic! It's the best chiropractic care in Orange County! more

Friendly Chiropractor 4/20/2010

Dr. MacAdam is so great. He made me feel so comfortable and I really understood what problems there were with my spine and what he was doing to help fix it. All the people in the office are so friendly and helpful. The massage therapists are awesome as well! Pros: Great results, nice people more

Awesome office! 4/20/2010

This is a highly professional chiropractic and massage office! I was blown away from the time i walked in the door on my first visit. The receptionist was very friendly and on top of it. Dr. MacAdam took the time to really understand what I have been dealing with all these years and better than that he has been able to help me when no other doctor, including some chiropractors, have not. If you are looking for highly professional, sports massage therapy, i would recommend either Dawn or Jessica...there both great! Pros: great location next to 24-Hour Fitness in Ladera Ranch more

Dr. MacAdam has been in private practice since 1990, in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach -- serving families with newborns to professional athletes to the elderly. In late 2006, he opened a second practice in Ladera Ranch, which is where he and his family live. Beginning in January 2008, he now solely provides excellent chiropractic care in Ladera Ranch. Located conveniently next to 24-Hour Fitness on the first floor in the Corporate Building, he loves serving his home community. Dr. MacAdam offers state-of-the-art chiropractic care, as well as convenient licensed massage therapy (both Swedish and deep tissue). Dr. MacAdam is passionate about serving adults and children alike, and also about educating his patients about their total health, including proper exercises and nutrition.
