Lad Imaging Llc

I have been to LAD twice. My first experience was not good because I felt that the tech was so busy that she did not take the time to even breathe normally. Everything she did, she did in a hurry and somewhat clumsily. However, on my second trip there, Jennifer, the CT scan tech, was amazingly calm, centered, professional, and dignified. In turn, she treated me with dignity. She answered all my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. I felt like I could go there again because I was treated with the dignity that all humans deserve. I also like the interior decor in the waiting lounge, although it was crowded. The testing rooms/areas were also hued with dark brown wood/veneer, which were pleasing to the sight. The front desk staff need to be a little more pleasant to people when they come in. All in all, after my second trip there, I give LAD a positive. They were even better than Florida hospital, Deland, where I used to get my CT scans, and is much more convenient in terms of location. Thanks Jennifer for being a star! This was our first experience with an ultrasound, and our first time to LAD. The receptionist was very welcoming, and the tech (wish i knew her name!) was SOO pleasant. This is our first baby, and she took the time to find it, show the heartbeat, measure, and after getting ""boring pictures"" as she put it, went back to the baby again.\r \r She was very friendly, and hope we get her again!. Pros: Pretty fishtank to keep you occupied, in earlier then the appointment, super friendly staff and techs! Bathroom RIGHT there for us! Cons: none i can think of right now :) more
