LOVE THIS SHOP 4/13/2012

I enjoy every time i go see the stylist here. She is cheerful and fun. NOONE has ever made my hair look so good. She is an excellent colorist. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair. WORST SERVICE EVER! 1/13/2012

If I could leave 0 stars, that's what I would leave this place. I was a walk in and needed a simple trim and I left with a disaster. I asked the stylist, Amy, who I think is the owner, to fix it and she had a lot of attitude with my request. In the end I left unsatisfied, my hair was still uneven, and I had to pay for someone else to fix it. I have never been so unhappy with customer service! I felt ripped off that I had to pay for such a terrible cut, be treated so rudely when I asked it to be fixed, and then pay again for it to be done right. I will NEVER be back and will continue spreading the warning to all others. more

Mandeville's Best hair salon 3/22/2011

I've been going to Amy for over a year now. And I just have to keep coming back. She gives me a style I'm happy with and erases my grey to make me look younger. Amy makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend this place! more
