Working with John Lackey, very nice man to deal with. 1-4-12 - while johns a nice man, working with his staff a horrible experience to put it in mild terms, ""communications"" is a foreign word to them, they don't get it and after going to our house, measuring, making drawings they back out - I would NEVER recommend them to anyone thats assuming they'll even call you back. more

I started out thinking I would just put in a kitchen but ended up deciding to do the stairs, living room and closets through John Lackey's firm. This turned out far better than I ever expected and at competitive prices with the big-box lumber companies. more
