I would not buy from them again. They promised that my gutters would be on in two weeks. I am sitting here almost a month latter and I still have no gutters. Called after 3 weeks and they said it would be another two weeks. well that came and went as of yesterday. Now it is going to be Monday before they are on. They even wrote my phone number down wrong and when I called they didnt even ask for me to varify it. They said that they would have the guy call me back. the last time I called they had said," ya the guy that called you said it was the wrong number.". Good customer service would be to get two forms of contact, like e-mail and phone. They lock you in with a down payment that is non refundable after 3 days and run with it. So I don?t want to give them free money to pay for those fancy I-pads they bring with them.
