If you're going to pay for reviews, at least spread out the dates a little. Don't review within the same month -- it's too obvious. Also, you probably shouldn't emphasize that ...

Also, you probably shouldn't emphasize that this place is ""PET FRIENDLY ZOMG"" in every review. You do realize there are potential tenants out there who aren't as enthusiastic about hearing dogs barking 24/7 as you are, right? Right. more

Great Place To Live 6/28/2011

I enjoy my apartment and all my neighbors that live here in La Vita. The residents all get along and we even have pool parties and cookouts almost every weekend. The staff are very nice and do their job. And the best thing about it, they are PET FRIENDLY. So, cats and dogs, totally welcome. :) more

Love La Vita 6/1/2011

I love my cozy small apartment here at La Vita. The place is nice. And the staff is friendly. The pool is a lot of fun in the summer time. And it's like a small family. Also very pet friendly. For the area you can't find apts with granite and stainless for the price. I will be renewing my lease here soon for another year. more

I have been at La Vita for a year now and I just renewed my lease. I love how friendly the staff and residents are! Its so easy to get along with everyone! Im very happy with my new apartment! more
