Go somewhere else and be treated right and be careful when doing business with them. I put two items on layaway. I was told that 20% was to be put down on deposit and was not refundable. That I could live with. When I had a financial issues I went in to stop the layaway. I was then told that everything I gave was not refundable. They would keep the 20%, but the rest could only be used as store credit. I asked for a copy of the store policy on this, but they didn't have one. I asked for the owner's name and contact information and they wouldn't give it. Before this I put in layaway and paid off a shotgun. It seems that keeping the cash is more important than keeping a customer and treating them right.
Cons: customer service, being upfront on policies, working with customers, showing written policies
