Tolteca has been in Azusa since the 1950's, starting as a small to-go spot with just one window for service. Now it has a small to average dining area. The place is always crowded because the food is so great. They make their own tortillas, chips and salsa too. My favorite is their beef taco plate or the carne asada plate. Once you have tasted their chips and salsa, you will find no one better. I just couldn't say enough about this great place. Their is no table service. You go to the main counter and place and pay for your order. It will be delivered to your table.
