> My husband and I went through La Sposa/Ginos for ourselves, 5 bridesmaids, a junior bridesmaid, 5 groomsmen, 4 ushers,
a ring bearer, and two dads. For each fitting the girls were treated with no respect. We were misquoted prices on alterations
and tuxes, the price quotes were not written by La Sposa/Ginos staff so they would not honor the prices we were quoted. > I
was charged $55 for a bustle that didn't make it to the wedding day. During my last fitting the bustle process was shown to my
maid of honor. The dress was un-bustled once we left the store. When we went to bustle the dress on the day of the wedding
a number of hooks/thread for the bustle were broken. Please keep in mind my dress has been un-bustled since we picked it
up from the dress shop. The attendant at La Sposa stated that it was my fault for not trying to bustle the dress before the
wedding, practice at the store should have been enough. My wedding dress got dirty because the bustle never worked. > The
bustles for the bridesmaids were all done at La Sposa by the same seamstress but did not match nor did the seamstress
bustle the sash that went to the floor. > One of my bridesmaids' dresses was taken in too tightly. She had complained during
her fittings but the dress was never corrected. When it came to the big day she could hardly zip up the dress. In the evening
the dress began to rip around the zipper. > The junior bridesmaid was charge the same price for alterations as the grownups
when her dress was less than half the material. > We went into the store to complain after the wedding but the only thing they
did for us was correct the tux prices which they originally over charged on. They didn't reimburse for any of the alterations
because La Sposa/Gino's stated ""these complaints should have been made before the dresses left the store,"" which they were.
The dresses were at the store up until two days before the wedding.
