La Serena At Toscana

This place is great. I haven't had any problems since I moved in almost a year ago. The staff is so friendly and helpful every time I visit the office. Best apartments I have lived in by far. more

From the outside it seems like La Serena @ Toscana would be a great place to live, atleast thats what our family thought. Shortly after moving in the ceiling caved in, and the toilet broke. Upstairs neighbors really loud, we complained numerous times and nothing was ever done about it. The grassy area outside is consistenly filled with dog feces. The office staff is rude but on a good note the maintaince is really friendly. It might take them a week to get to your apartment but hey atleast their nice about it! I would not recommend this complex to anyone. If you want a nice place check out San Pedregal, we lived there previously and it's hard to compare the two because San Pedregal was so great. Pros: price is decent Cons: poorly maintained more
