Service & Repair 1/28/2012

It has been 39 years that I have had my cars serviced at Lasalle Automotive. As a single woman I find it is extremely important to have a honest and reliable place to have my car serviced. Unlike other service centers or dealerships that I've been to, the mechanics let me know ahead of time that my tires are beginning to get worn, or brakes, etc. will need to be replaced next visit. I appreciate this so I can adjust my budget. I have been so pleased over the years that I have sent my family, friends and colleagues, all who have had similar experiences. Besides the car service, the customer service has been great. They are personable, respectful and very accomadating which is important to me. more

Outstanding Service 11/3/2011

I made an appointmnet with my car delearship for them to check and add antifreeze. They quoted me an outrageous price with services that I did not need. I cancelled the appointment . I have to tell you Lasalle's, Tom and Danny are a breath of fresh air!. They completed my car's repairs within 40 minutes, and had me on the road. What great guys.!!! Cost of repairs were absolutely reasonable. Thanks so much guys!! more

I have been bringing my automobiles to Tom and Bob Bush , owners & operators of Lasalle, for over 15 years. I know them to be trustworthy, fair-minded, and customer service oriented. Many times they have guided my decision-making to service and repair my vehicles successfully and saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what the dealer would have charged!
