We had a serious plumbing problem. We felt that they did not want to get involved so they submitted an outrageous bid. Three times what we paid someone else reputable.

Steve was an amazing plumber! This was my first time using Roto-Rooter in Houston and I will definitely use them again! In the past, I've almost always used John Moore. However on this particular day, the John Moore plumber was rude and slammed the door in my face. I called Roto-Rooter and I plumber was on his way to my house within the hour. His estimate even beat John Moore's price! The faucet was fixed quickly and professionally. I recommend Steve and Roto-Rooter to all homeowners! Pros: null Cons: null more

The best Plumbing Service EVER!!! 12/27/2011

The holidays were all ready sad for me, I had lost my son and he really was the one who took care of the house. After calling 2 other companies that just took my money, Roto Rooter showed up in less than 2 hours. Daniel was well dressed, professional and took care of everything. Came a little early of scheduled time which was a good thing. Got right to the job and diagnosed the problem right off. I needed a new cartridge for my shower handle that turns the water on and off. It had been leaking and I was afraid my water bill was going to go up. I really didn't want to spend the money but Mike got me a discount off the price and even threw in a free new handle. Every little bit helps. Mike and his helper were polite fast and knowledgeable. Would highly reccommend. Pros: null Cons: null more

Denton, the service technician was great, friendly and knew how to fix the problem, then went above and beyond when he cleaned up and put the toilet back too. This was a very good job by a plumber in the Houston area. more

Roto Rooter Plumbers Dec. 17, 2011 The plumbers were here even earlier than expected, for which we were very grateful. We had been battling a bathroom area plumbing problem in our house. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to find and fix our problem. They did the good job that other plumbers and failed to do previously for the same problem. We are extremely pleased. more

We had a stopped up sewer line and wanted a repair man out ASAP. We called roto-rooter and were told exactly what time to expect the truck. An hour before the scheduled time, we were called by Roto-Rooter and told the truck would arrive within the hour. The technician [1046] was very friendly and polite. He told us exactly what the problem was, how he would fix it and how long it would take. He also told us the cost of the job before he started work. He completed the job within the estimated time frame and was very careful to not disturb our flower beds. We plan to use rot-rooter for all of our plumbing needs, not just sewer clean out.
