I stayed at this hotel for one night on a recent trip to Manassas. I was given a very large room which had a king bed and television in one room and a pull-out couch, television, CD player, and desk with free wired Internet in the other room. Everything in the room was very nice and I was especially pleased with the accomodations given the extremely reasonable price.
Breakfast is nice and is your standard continental breakfast plus self-serve belgian waffles with fruit toppings and hard-boiled eggs. The breakfast area is very large and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are also free newspapers available -- when I was there, they had the Wall Street Journal and USA Today.
Finally, the hotel has a smallish but heated indoor pool along with a small indoor hottub.
The hotel is in a good location if you're visiting Manassas National Battlefield -- it's a stone's throw from Route 66 and is probably one mile from the main entrance to the battlefield.
