I love watches of all kinds. I had been on the internet looking for dealers with used watches. I think I confused a site with your store. Long story short, I was in Green Hills and decided to stop in and have a look. I was greeted by Brad when I entered, and when he asked if he could assist me, I told him I was looking to see if you had any used men's watches. He told me not at this time but to please come in and look around. I have never been made to feel more appreciated and welcomed in any store, not just a jewelry store! I asked about Breitlings. He took me over to the display. He was very well versed in the brand, and took time to explain the different models. He allowed me to try on the ones I liked. Johna came over and asked if I'd like anything to drink and commented on a watch I was looking at. I was treated like I mattered and I could tell that I was appreciated. So many businesses today seem to put customer service way down the list. Well, I can tell that customer service matters to me and I only spend my hard earned money where it's appreciated. I purchased a beautiful Breitling Superocean. Every time I put it on I think about Brad, Johna and your store and it makes me feel great inside! I wanted to thank you for your store, and the caliber of people that I was fortunate enough to meet there. It will be hard for me not to stop by in the future and look over some nice watches, and chat with the good folks there. I felt inclined to share my experience with you. I relocated here from California & stopped in to Kings the other day. The selection of really nice and exclusive brands is as good as any of the best jewelers back home. I love watches and it was great to see IWC, Jaeger, GP, Breitling & a bunch of others all under one roof. They ended up giving me a really decent price on the one I liked. While my watch was getting sized, I started looking at jewelry for my wife. The selection is amazing. The staff was really friendly and professional. I've already recommended them to several of my friends & I'm sure I'll be shopping there again. Pros: Great selection of exclusive brands Cons: none so far more

I went there to buy a gift for my wife who was coming home from the hospital to make her feel better. I looked there they have a big store and I thought I could find a jewelry for to make her smile. I don't have lots of money. One women there was nice, but not really. The other one I think laugh and I feel bad. I told my daughter we won't go there again. The other jewelers store has better, much. Cons: if you don't have lots of money, forget it more

My wife went by there to see about a proper gift for our daughter's birthday. The balding man with the mustache is very shabby. He uses profanity. We will never go back. Pros: lots of watches Cons: rude people more

I went into their jewelry store to look for a gift for my girlfriend. They may have a nice person or two working there, but they weren't working that day. A guy asked what I was interested in and I guess he didn't want to waste his time with helping me, he just pointed me over to a case and left me standing there with no help. No one else can over and I had to ask another guy if he would help me, but he said he had to make a phone call first. Even the girl that was working there wouldn't come over to see if I needed anything. She was too busy flirting with some other customer. All I wanted was someone to help me and they didn't want to give me the time of day. Maybe that's how they treat people in Florida, but here in Tennessee it's rude and they should go back to Florida. Staff is arrogant and they try to do repair work that is NOT needed. My jeweler has checked the same jewelry twice and said that the guy they Claim to be a master jewelsmith is just trying to make a buck for the store. My jeweler has over 30 yrs as a premier jeweler in Middle Tennessee, and he says they were trying to rip me off. BEWARE!!! The only people that want to wait on and offer charity to ( which them say they want to help Nashville) by donating to worth causes( The only worthy causes I see are 37205 and 37215. )EWARE!! Pass on thru the intersection and go on to another store!! Cons: Horrible customer service more

I went to Kings to see the new store in town. I was surprised that until I looked interested in an expensive Chopard watch the salespeople didn't seem to want to give me the time of day. After negotiating the price on a Chopard watch I was given a price of 20% of the regular price. I was told they were the only place with a good selection of Chopard and no one could beat the price of 20% off.\r \r I decided to check around and found the same watch at a store a few blocks down the street. The people were very friendly. They also had a good selection of Chopard and had the exact same watch I had seen at Kings. I was happy that I checked around. The other jeweler sold me the watch for 35% off and gave me an automatic winder to place my watch in when I'm not wearing it. They saved me over $2000.\r \r With the way I felt snubbed and the price, I don't think I'll be going back to King's.\r \r Jim Pros: Convenient to get to Cons: Prices high on Chopard and not very friendly more

Nashville has been waiting for a world class store of this kind for many years. Green Hills has seen the addition of the south's premier jewelry store. The service and staff are first class, the showroom is not to be believed with world class quality from the moment that you enter the front door. My wife and I have been in on several occasions and gotten some items appraised and reviewed. We were given expert advice that netted us a good return on our investment and we look forward to working closely with the staff and owners for all our jewelry needs in the future. Upon entering their beautiful showroom I was greeted by a very nice salesperson and promptly offered a selection of drinks. Their selection of jewelry and watches is magnificent and unlike anything else in Nashville. I was fully educated by the sales staff on the difference between the two watches I was looking at and given a very fair price for the one I selected. Nashvillians no longer have to leave Tennessee for exclusive boutique style pieces, they only need to make a trip into King Jewelers to be treated above the normal customer service of this area. These guys are here to stay and have brought new new life to the corner of Hobbs Rd and have truly set the bar for customer service in this industry. Pros: Selection like no other in town more

I went into the store to check out their watch selection. The lady that helped me was nice and very helpful. The selection was incredible. Better than anywhere else in Nashville, or the entire state of Tennessee. I was offered and served water in a wine glass, which I thought was classy. My overall experience was really good. It was a little disturbing that on more than one occassion, another salesperson ""butted"" in and tried to take over the conversation. This I found to be unnecessary and a bit rude. i called them for their BULGARI MEDIUM AUTO CHRONO WATCH it tooks me a long time to convience them to give me a price over the phone.i had to hear from the lady how good they are and their prices are the best.to make a long story short when the sales lady found out that i found the watch for 4390$ and their price is 5900$ she became very defensive and rude. for me 1500$ is no small change.good luck to you kings you will never see my money. more

No doubt they are NOW the best jeweler in town. Their selection is outstanding and got this stone for my wife and paid nearly half the price compare to two other stores.
