No One Has Better Smothered Burritos! 3/18/2006

For years my friends and I have continued to frequent La Puente for it's unbeatable smothered burritos. Whenever friends who have moved out of town are visiting it is just assumed that there will be a trip to La Puente scheduled. I'll be going again tomorrow. Enjoy. Best mexican food next to the Red iguana! 11/30/2005

If you can't make it to the red iguana then come here. Our waitress saw to it that all of our needs were met. She kept bringing us free bowls of chips throughout the meal. The large combination plate was huge and very delicious. Unlike the la puente at 3434 south state street this one is diner friendly(no knives, guns, mexican spats). On Friday evenings there's even live music. Best cheese enchilada in Utah. EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! Pros: Fresh food, Friendly, Cheap eats Cons: None, None, None more
