This Italian restaurant is located right on the square in Troy. It is ideal for either a lunch break or dinner. The portions are rather large, and the food is quite good. My only minor complaint on the food is that there seems to be a strong garlic taste to most dishes, but everything I’ve tried has still been delicious. If you visit for lunch, you will see both people dressed for business and people dressed casually. If you visit for dinner, however, you will see a slightly dressier crowd. In fact, during the fall, don’t be surprised if you see a few high school students with their homecoming dates. The prices, however, are very reasonable. There are also a couple rooms available to allow privacy for larger groups, but be careful, because I’ve seen one room that was very nice and one that was, well, not. It was a cramped space in the back of the building near the kitchen. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant since the food is pretty good, the value is really good, and the servers are very friendly.
