I am a grandmother of two children at the Paige Rd. La Petite Academy. A veteran teacher, I have observed how welcome the staff make my grandchildren feel. I pick them up/drop them off regularly and can attest from firsthand experience a positive experience is made as my grandchildren forget to give me a goodbye hug and kiss as they race excitedly to their classes! It is our responsibility as parents to work together in partnership with LPA and to make their absence from us and their daily life at LPA a positive one. Did you know that they are learning how to read one, two, and three letter words? They have HOMEWORK, which they love and practice. IMHO, my grandchildren are fed well, read to often, watched carefully, and learn a great deal there daily. Because I work, I rely upon LPA administration to be professional and caring; it has always been welcome to my suggestions and they are forthcoming whenever a little "fall on the playground? or ?children learning to soialize together? happening may occur. Not everyone can deal with little ones well, but because my grandchildren and daughter are happy there, (as evident from the fact that this La Petite is full of caring, loving staff), I am happy. I unreservedly recommend this location of La Petite Academy to others! Just don?t get your feelings hurt when they forget to give you a ?goodbye hug and kiss? as they excitedly run away to join their classes!
