The place was very loud. Our waitress did not offer to open our wine. Our entrees were brought before we could finish our appetizers and the plates were never removed. Special requests (leave off the mushrooms) were ignored (twice!!). Food average at best. Our party had 6 people and the menu proclaimed a 20 % tip would be added. To our surprise the 20 % was included on top of the tax. When we complained, we were told ""that's how we always do it here"". Pros: Inexpensive Cons: crowded, loud, bad service more

Relatively good pasta dishes, although special request to omit a meat ingredient could not be accomodated b/c pink sauce was premade. Service was terrible. Order is taken by a waitress and then delivered by a server. In a recent visit, the server merely delivered the food. Even though it was an uncrowded weekday night, the waitress never returned to the table to check on us. We eventually gave up on her and fetched and served ourselves fresh ground pepper and grated cheese. Water glasses were not refilled. We were not offered coffee or desert. We could not even get our waitress' attention for the check and finally stood up and put our coats on to convey the message that we were ready to leave. Cons: service, inadequate parking more
