If you don’t want a specific ingredient in your food, make sure to repeat it to them 10 times and make sure they repeat it back 10 times. I’ve given these people a 2nd and lastly 3rd chance. I wanted to support a local business, but they can’t even listen to the customer. I get home and the ingredient I didn’t want in my food was, ah ha, there in my food. And to top things off they laugh as they are apologizing. I wanted to support a local business, but I’m tired of having to drive back to return the food because they mess up the order. PS. The sauce isn’t freshly made by them, I saw a company deliver it. more

slow and overpriced 9/22/2010

i went with a friend for lunch after hearing for a long time about how great the meats and fresh bread were, i could have passed and been ok! expensive sandwich considering where it is and how long i had to wait. i was hoping for a great sandwich and only got slow service and a lecture on the politics of Grand Terrace, neither of which i went in for! mr la pasta, if your customer doesnt ask for your opinions about the world outside of your deli please keep them to your self and just give them what they ordered. the sandwich at Honey Hills Grinders was just as good, cost less and i wasnt verbally assaulted by the counter guy! more

The Best Ravioli and Lasagne!! 4/30/2006

La Pasta Italia is where all the high end restaurants buy their ravioli (wild mushroom, lobster, pumpkin, sausage and lots of others). They have great pasta, lasagna, sauces and even Italian sandwiches, although the pasta is my favorite. They even have a deli and tables for eating in. Great prices, family owned - friendly staff, easy in and out. Last Christmas I put together a basket of Italian goodies for a gift swap from here and it was a Huge Hit! more
