I went to this restaurant for a family event and wouldn't go back if you paid me! The Ala Vodka sauce was a disappointment (it was all onions!), the lettuce was brown, the eggplant parm was cold in the middle, there were flies on the walls (as well as in my wine) and the icing on the cake: what I'm hoping was not a pubic hair - floating in my water! A hot drink was spilled on a guest with no apology and any time we were in need of assistance, there were sighs and eye rolling. The whole event was rushed and with almost a half hour left, the guests were rushed out and the guest of honor left standing on the blacktop waiting to get picked up. It was very embarassing.\r

To add insult to injury, the manager, Rich, was very rude and unapologetic when all of this was brought to his attention. The waitstaff was even apologizing for his behavior!\r

If you're looking for a nice meal or a place to host an event, I suggest you look to Matteo's, La Viola's or the Broadway Beanery. La Parma, you ought to be ashamed!
Pros: Valet parking, clean bathrooom
Cons: Rude staff, dirty dishes
