Decided to give La Hacienda Ranch a try. We've passed it many times but never made it there until now. Love the ranch-style theme and decor. The first thing that impressed me was the smoky grill smell that seems to be piped to the front porch area. Gives you a huge hint of what to expect. Made me even hungrier! Walking in to the restaurant after you are hit with the wonderful smells from the grill you see the showcased area where they are making fresh homemade tortillas. Salsa and chips were really good! Zack was our waiter and did such an awesome job! Kudos Zack!!! We asked him to recommend something since it was our first time there. He suggested the beef fajitas, which was his favorite of the dishes served there. We chose the Fajita Feast (chicken and beef and shrimp) for two. We love fajitas and are picky about them. No worries here. The beef fajitas were so tender they melted in your mouth with the best flavor (marinated, smoky, simply delicious)! The chicken was also just as delicious. The best part was the shrimp, It was smoked, then grilled, OMG! wonderful. It was enough food to satisfy two people. AMAZING!!! Again, kudos to Zack! He was very busy but we were never neglected or had to wait for anything. He was very attentive, answered our questions and had a fun personality. We will definitely be back!!!
