Anyone moving to Lagrange, beware of Lagrange Utilities. I urge you to record every interaction you have with them because they are incompetent and will lie to you. I was billed for trash service for 2 months for a house I did not own and that nobody lived in, after being told twice that I would not be. The bill was also not sent to the address that I gave them and since no mail was being delivered, I got lucky and one of my soon-to-be neighbors caught me to give me a disconnect notice that had been delivered to her. They wouldn't take the late-fee off even though it was their fault. When I tried to get the fee for trash pickup taken off, they said that it has always been their policy to begin billing as soon as the water was turned on. Interesting, since they told me differently twice before, and when I had the water turned on, they asked if trash cans need to be ordered as it could take a while. So basically, their policy is to bill someone for trash pickup on an unoccupied house that they do not own who may not even have trash cans!
Pros: I have water
Cons: Expensive, terrible customer service
