La Fuente Bar & Grill

This restaurant gives boiled meat when you ask for fried meat on your food. Basically making you wish you stayed at home and cooked a better meal yourself more

I work at another business in the same strip mall as La Fuente Grill. I love this place, but has it's downs as well as ups. The primary factor that makes most of my vists satisfactory is the server Frances, who seems to be their primary server during lunch hours. She is very quick to execute your order and refill your drinks, which is important to me because my lunch break is only 30m. I really enjoy the warm tortilla chips and salsa that you get when you are seated. The food is pretty good and my order is botched very infrequently. The other servers aren't quite as good, so if I go during the busier times of the day (when I know there will be several servers working), I hope that she is the one to assist me. The environment is pretty awesome, it has well-dimmed lighting and a nice Mexican culture. more

La Fuente Bar & Grill Mexican Restaurant, located on East Franklin Blvd in a strip mall, this mexican restaurant did not please me at all. Although the parking and hours are good, the food and service were not. The servers did act as though they did not care if they served me. The food was cold and when I told them about it, I really couldn't understand what they were saying and had to pick my plate and sort of shove it into their hands for them to understand they needed to take it back. When it was brought back, it was warm, but the taste of the food wasn't good. I ordered cheese dip and never got it. I won't be going back to this restaurant. The only reason I gave it a 2-star is because maybe this was a one time experience. I doubt it. more

The atmosphere was good, but I didn't like the servers or the food. I got the feeling they didn't care if I ate there or not. It's located in a strip mall, and I went at a non-busy time. I waited for a long time for someone to come and take my order. Chips were stale, and I asked for more. She didn't seem to even understand what I was saying. I won't be going back to this restaurant at all because it gets an F with me. I know that the place has been in the business for a long time, so maybe my experience was the exception. But there are so many other restaurants that surpasses this one, I doubt if I ever give them another chance. One bad time is too many in a customer's life! more

It's not often you find a really good Mexican restaurant located in a strip mall. La Fuente Bar and Grill is the exception. From the moment you walk in the door, it's like stepping into a quaint eatery in Mexico. The servers are friendly and fast. A bowl of chips and salsa are served immediately upon your arrival. The food is hot, delicious and plentiful. They offer a nice selection of imported and domestic beers, as well. more
