Great food, Horrible service 2/27/2010

I have been a customer off and on since they opened, must be 30+ years now. I have always enjoyed the food, the Tacorito has been a favorite of mine since I was young. The service was horrible, and will likely drive me away again for a while, until the experience fades and I decide to give it another try. I was told by the cocktail waitress, when I voiced my concern when I was being cashed out, that she didn?t care that my service was lousy. When I spoke to the manager, the only thing I was told was that he would talk to the waitress about the incident. Never did they apologize for the bad service. We've been dining at Holly West for 25 years. Their food is consistently good and their customers come back again and again. The green chile is the best and their Tacorito can't be beat!
