i have been here for 3 months and have yet to get the maintenance to do their job to keep maintenance the main lady in the office is rude to everyone there are 3 pools that they cant manage to keep up on properly the gated community that this is has already had cars broken into including mine when trying to get anything done around here you are treated as if you are low class i am already looking for a new house to live to get outta here soon Pros: pools Cons: everything more

First of all - The name of the apartment complex is actually ""La Estancia"" not ""La Espancia"" Second of all - I am unsure as to how the management company can call themselves ""Integrity Asset Management"" when their staff is completely absent of any integrity! Third of all - The only way that this company is able to not get into trouble concerning the manner in which they treat their tenants is because one of the VPs of Integrity Asset Management is also the President of the Board of the El Paso Apartment Association! Look them up on KFoxTV - Things like this happen ALL the time! Pros: Good Location Cons: Everything else is terrible! Especially their management! more
