If you liked Cancun Mexican Restaurant on Maple Canyon before it changed ownership, you'll be very happy with La Costa. The former Cancun staff has relocated to this much improved location in Worthington, bringing Cancun's menu with them. The food is excellent and authentic, and the margaritas can't be beat. Very good 5/18/2004

We have been numerous times, ordered different items, and with the exception of the fajitas, we have been pleasantly surprised. The have the most authentic Mexican food we have found in Columbus so far. The chimichangas, tamales, taquitos, enchiladas, flan, and fried ice cream are really good. - 1 warning: the first time we went it smelled like hard boiled eggs, not rotten, just eggs, not sure why, but it did. The food more than made up for the weird smell though. Pros: Food, Inexpensive, Large portions more

Fabulous 4/21/2004

This is the best mexican I have had in Columbus. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. The house-made chorizo is delicious as is the chicken in mole, camarones a la diabla, and everything else I and my friends/family have tried. Also, the sangria is very good as are the margaritas.
