I purchased a Groupon and was gifted another one. First time I went in July. I was pointed to an adjacent room and sat for 10 min. Nobody came to ask what i came for. A lady showed up and took me to wash my hair and applied the treatment. When I got on the chair for the haircut, a very young lady had trouble understanding how did I want my hair cut. I wanted a trim, about 1 inch everywhere, but since she hadn't seen me before the hair wash, she had no clue what final shape I wanted. She finished in 15 min. It took another 20 to fix the haircut. I kept pointing one thing, she would quickly adjust something and say ""Done, this is it now, right?"" Well, the answer was ""NO"" for 3-4 more times. In the end, it was ok, I didn't get compliments, but at least it was ok.
I went again Friday October 28th. This time, customer service was good. I got greeted at the door, the same young woman washed my hair, applied the treatment, and did the cut in the end. This time, the cut itself took about 1.5 hours. Amazing, I know, for a trim. But the girl was pleasant and I didn't mind it. Until I got home and I noticed how bad the cut was in the back and sides. There is a sharp oblique line in the back instead of the normal horizontal end. Same above the ear, one side is shorted that the other. But in the back it's very obvious. Even my husband who doesn't notice these things took a look and started laughing. And I also got a red razor burn mark on my neck. I felt the burn but I didn't realized how big and bad it looked. I will go ask them to fix it and I'll write again. But anyway, I don't recommend this place for a haircut to anyone. I would give negative stars if I could.
